Krasnogorsk hydroelectric complex on the Irtysh was partially sold under the hammer
The Ministry of Property Relations of the Omsk region held an auction at which it sold 14 metal structures intended for the Krasnogorsk waterworks. These elements were manufactured more than ten years ago, but have never been used for their intended purpose. The total amount of the transaction amounted to 19.7 million rubles, according to the agency.
Recall that in March, the Minister of Property Relations of the region, Yevgeny Kozlov, signed an order concerning the privatization of property in the village of Krasnaya Gorka, where the hydroelectric power plant is being built. The auction consisted of 47 lots, the number of which coincided with the number of parts of the waterworks. The initial cost of each lot ranged from 38 thousand to 41,2 million rubles.
The only buyer was the company JSC “Experimental plant Gidromontazh”, which bought 14 lots. The most expensive were the supporting parts of the gate, which the plant purchased for 13.9 million rubles. The other 33 parts of the waterworks put up for sale have not found a buyer.
The construction of the Krasnogorsk hydroelectric complex on the transboundary Irtysh River started back in 2011, while the initial cost of the project was estimated at 8.4 billion rubles. Three years later, the work was completed by 53%. However, in 2014, the project was suspended due to the bankruptcy of the main contractor NGO Mostovik.
In 2022, a contract in the amount of 4.6 billion rubles for the continuation of the construction of the start-up complex of the hydroelectric power plant was signed with Mezhregionstroy LLC. In 2024, it turned out that the cost of the work had increased to 5.3 billion.
The first stage of construction was expected to be completed in 2025, but due to the transfer of federal funding, the deadline was extended until November 1, 2026.
