In Kyrgyzstan, plots for the construction of HPPs were again put up for auction
The Green Energy Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic announced a repeated tender for the right to transfer land plots for the construction of renewable energy facilities — small hydroelectric power stations (HPPs). The competition will be held in Bishkek on June 24, 2025.
Contest lots:
- Lot No. 1: Osh region, Kara-Sui district, Kyzyl-Tuu village, 6.97 ha;
- Lot No. 2: Talas region, Talas district, Kok-Oi village, Chon-Chychkan, Tuz-Ashuu plots, 43.15 ha;
- Lot No.3: Chui region, Panfilovsky district, Chon-Kayyndy gorge, 2.04 ha;
- Lot No. 4: Issyk-Kul region, Ak-Suisky district, Karakol forestry, 4.57 ha;
- Lot No.5: Chui region, Zhayyl district, Suusamyrsky a/o, 1.2 ha;
- Lot No.6: Jalal-Abad region, Aksy district, Arkyt forestry, 4.02 ha;
- Lot No. 7: Jalal-Abad region, Suzak district, Tesh site, 0.2 ha;
- Lot No.8: Chui region, Ysyk-Ata district, plots Son-Tash Tuyuk, Bel-Bulak, 10.94 ha;
- Lot No.9: Osh region, Alai district, Birinchi-May village, Kapchygai plot, 3.93 ha;
- Lot No.10: Osh region, Kara-Kulzhinsky district, Oi-Tal forestry, 2.29 ha;
- Lot No.11: Osh region, Kara-Kulzhinsky district, Chalminsky a/o, 8.4 ha;
- Lot No.12: Osh region, Uzgen district, Changet village, 4.26 ha;
- Lot No.13: Issyk-Kul region, Ak-Suisky district, Zergez forestry, 1.96 ha;
- Lot No.14: Osh region, Nookat district, Chon-Kyshtoo village, Aldike plot, 0.19 ha.
During 2025, it is planned to commission 18 small hydroelectric power plants with a total installed capacity of 69.8 MW in Kyrgyzstan, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev said yesterday.
