The company associated with the Krasnogorsk waterworks was included in the corruption register

Omsk construction company “Termona Siberia Servicemontazh” was included in the register of companies that committed a corruption offense. She was included in the list of legal entities brought to administrative responsibility under Article 19.28 of the Administrative Code (“Illegal remuneration on behalf of a legal entity”). This is reported on the public procurement portal. The corresponding decision in March of this year was made by the justice of the peace of the judicial district No. 37 in the Sovetsky judicial district in Omsk.

The company “Termona Siberia Servicemontazh” for several years concluded government contracts for the maintenance of facilities of the unfinished Krasnogorsk hydroelectric complex on the cross-border Irtysh River.

According to the Company’s RBC, Thermona Siberia Servicemontazh LLC was registered in 2010 in Omsk. The main activity of the organization is non—specialized wholesale trade. The CEO and founder of the company is Alexander Filimonov. In 2024, the profit of the organization amounted to 33.9 million rubles. with revenue of 150.9 million rubles.

In the spring of 2023, it became known that the company was involved in a corruption crime. The former head of the production and technical department for the construction of facilities of the Krasnogorsk hydroelectric power plant of the Omsk region “Customer Management for the construction of transport facilities and hydraulic structures” Yevgeny Seleznev was accused of taking a bribe.

As reported in the prosecutor’s office of the Omsk region, from May 2020 to May 2023, Seleznev received a bribe of more than 1.2 million rubles from the head of Thermona Siberia Servicemontazh, Alexander Filimonov, for assistance in concluding government contracts for the performance of work at the facilities of the Krasnogorsk hydroelectric complex, their unhindered reception and payment. In July 2024, the court sentenced Yevgeny Seleznev to 3 years in a strict regime colony. Later, the former official was additionally ordered to pay a fine of 2.4 million rubles.

In March of this year, the prosecutor’s office initiated an administrative offense case against the company “Termona Siberia Servicemontazh” under part 1 of Article 19.28 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. As a result, the company was fined 500 thousand rubles. As noted in the supervisory authority, since the entry into force of the court order, the company “Termona Siberia Servicemontazh” cannot participate in state and municipal procurement for two years.
